A review by the CTD2 Center at Emory University entitled “Targeting protein-protein interactions as an anticancer strategy” was published [Epub ahead of print] on May 28 in the journal Trends in Pharmacological Sciences. The review highlights some of the recent discovery of protein-protein interactions relevant to cancer and how these once-dubbed “undruggable” interactions are now being targeted for therapeutic intervention.
