How to access multiple datasets

HCMI has released 148 patient-derived next-generation cancer models from 18 tumor types! Masked somatic MAF data are now available for a subset of models. Users can now search and filter these models by available somatic variants on the HCMI Searchable Catalog.

HCMI: Human Cancer Models Initiative

The Human Cancer Models Initiative (HCMI) is an international consortium that is generating novel, next-generation, tumor-derived culture models annotated with genomic and clinical data. HCMI-developed models and related data are available as a community resource. NCI is contributing to the initiative by supporting four Cancer Model Development Centers (CMDCs).
